The Westlake-Oak Creek neighborhood is an area of Lake Oswego Real Estate ranging from small cottages to very large estates. The neighborhood is bordered by I-5 to the west, Portland Community College, Sylvania to the north, Holly Park to the east and westlake to the south.
Like the majority of Lake Oswego, the Oak Creek neighborhood is chiefly residential.

As more people clamor for locally grown produce, farmers markets have sprouted all over the Portland area. The neighborhoods of Lake Oswego haven’t been overlooked. Residents of Oak Creek can visit the Lake Oswego farmers market, held in Millennium Park at 1st Ave. and Evergreen on Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., from May to mid-October. For more routine shopping nearby there is a New Seasons Market, Safeway and the family owned Wizer’s Oswego Market.

The charming shops, restaurants and services along A Avenue and First Street attract visitors from Portland and nearby suburbs alike.
Like many communities in recent years, Lake Oswego also supports a farmers’ market for locally grown produce on Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., May through October at Millennium Park (1st and Evergreen Rd.).
The Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts is held in the latter part of every June at the Lakewood Center for the Arts and the nearby George Rogers Park.
