The Encore creates a new architectural wave with its curving exterior of gleaming glass. These luxury residences range from alcove-loft plans to 3-bedroom condos and town homes. This 16 story building sit on the northern most section of the Pearl District. It angles toward the nor west and Willamette river and northwest.
A public park in the final planning stages, The Fields, will be a 3 acre park which will include open space, sitting areas, strolling paths, entry plazas, a water element, a children’s area, a dog area, trees and landscaped areas, and a boardwalk. A future bridge will connect the park to the river through Centennial Mills.
The Fields will unfold directly adjacent to The Encore condominium tower, serving as a welcoming ‘backyard’ to residents, and creating a best of both worlds for residents living in the Portland City Center of the Pearl District.
